Constituição de Uzupis

This is the Uzupis Constitution. It took me a while to find it, even though the Uzupis is pretty small. In case you can't read the print, here's an example of some of their rights:
_1. Everyone has the right to live by the River Vilnele, and the River Vilnele has the right to flow by everyone.
_3. Everyone has the right to die, but this is not an obligation.
_8. Everyone has the right to be undistinguished and unknown.
_10. Everyone has the right to love and take care of the cat.
_11. Everyone has the right to look after the dog until one of them dies.
_12. A dog has the right to be a dog.
_13. A cat is not obliged to love its owner, but must help in time of nee [sp?].
_26. Everyone has the right to celebrate or not celebrate their birthday.
_37. Everyone has the right to have no rights.
_39. Do not defeat.
_40. Do not fight back.
_41. Do not surrender.
